Transfer booking

if you did not receive a email confirmation within 1 hour , please contact us and we’ll be happy to send the confirmation voucher.
In the event that your luggage is missing, it is important to contact us promptly using the phone number provided on your voucher or request permission to exit the airport to inform the driver of the issue while confirming that you still require the transfer service. For private airport transfers, the driver will wait for up to an hour after the flight's scheduled arrival time. If you fail to contact us or the driver within this timeframe, the driver may leave the airport without further delay. Failure to notify us will be treated as a "NO-SHOW," and the transfer cost will be charged to your credit card.

The voucher contains all the essential details for finding us at the airport. Make sure to print it and carry it with you upon arrival.
If your flight is cancelled or you cannot make it, please notify us asap by calling the number listed on your voucher and provide the updated departure and arrival details for your next flight. Failure to inform us will be considered a "NO-SHOW," and you will not be eligible for a refund.
The use of child seats is mandatory in most countries as per the law for the safety of children during transportation, and non-compliance can result in penalties.

Changes, cancellation, and refund

When canceling a reservation, please note that there is a 7.00% fee that will be charged. You will be informed of the total fee at the time of booking online, and the remaining balance will be refunded back to your account. It is important to note that the same 7.00% fee is charged to us by the bank when issuing refunds to our customers.
